1. Who we are
IPTVDigi operates the website at iptvdigi4k.com and the IPTV subscription service described on it. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7882 735688.
2. Information you give us directly
We only ask for what we need to answer you or to build your line. Depending on which form you use, that is:
Subscription order form
- Full name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number
- Your country, and the countries whose channels you want
- Chosen duration and number of connections
- Application and device type
- Whether you want adult categories enabled
- Line type, and — only when renewing — your existing username
- A MAC address when your device is a MAG box, and a MAC address plus device key when your application is IBO Pro or IBO Player. These are not requested, stored or sent for any other combination.
- Any optional notes you choose to add
Free trial form
The same information, except that the trial form does not ask for a line type or an existing username, and does not accept them.
Contact form
- Full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country
- Your subject line and message
3. Technical information collected automatically
When you submit any of the three forms, we record a small amount of technical context alongside your submission. This is used for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, duplicate trial detection and security monitoring — and for nothing else:
- IP address — taken from the connection or the standard proxy headers
- Date and time of the submission
- User-Agent string, and the browser, operating system and device category we derive from it
- Timezone as reported by your browser
- Referring page, where your browser sends one
- Country or region derived from your IP address, where the hosting network provides it
- VPN or proxy indication, derived only from headers already present in your request. We do not send your IP address to any third-party lookup service. A VPN is treated as a risk signal for a person to weigh — never as an automatic rejection, and using one will not by itself stop you being served.
- How long the form was open before submission, which distinguishes a person filling in a form from a script posting to it
What we deliberately do not do
We do not use canvas, font, audio or WebGL fingerprinting, or any other technique designed to identify your browser beyond the security purposes above. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. Why we are allowed to hold it
- To provide the service you asked for — your name, contact details and setup information exist so we can create your line and reply to you.
- Our legitimate interest in running the service safely — the technical information above exists to stop fraud, spam and repeated trial abuse. It is the minimum that achieves that.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Two small pieces of data are stored in your own browser and never sent to us:
- Your theme choice (light or dark), kept in local storage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit.
- Your country “lineup” from the channels page, kept in session storage for the duration of your visit so it can be carried into a form.
Clearing your browser data removes both. The site works perfectly well without either.
6. Live chat (Tawk.to)
Our live chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. When it loads, Tawk.to may set its own cookies and process your IP address, browser information and the content of your chat in order to run the conversation, under its own privacy policy. The widget is loaded only after the page is ready, and if you never open it we do not send it anything about you. If you would rather not use it, contact us by email or WhatsApp instead.
7. Email processing
Form submissions are delivered to us by email over an authenticated, encrypted (TLS) connection to Google's Gmail servers, which act as our mail provider and store those messages. Your submission produces two messages: an internal notification to our team, and a confirmation to the address you gave us, sent from contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send you promotional email because you filled in a form.
8. Who else sees your information
Only the people who run IPTVDigi, plus the service providers needed to operate the site: our hosting provider, our email provider (Google), and Tawk.to if you use live chat. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We disclose it otherwise only where we are legally required to.
9. How long we keep it
- Order and enquiry emails — kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour renewals and answer follow-up questions.
- Anti-abuse signals (recent submission fingerprints used to spot duplicate trials and flooding) — held in the server's memory only, for a short rolling window measured in hours or days, and lost entirely when the server restarts. They are not written to a database.
- Browser storage — until you clear it.
10. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Credentials live only in server-side environment variables — never in the pages sent to your browser. All form input is validated and sanitised on the server, including protection against email header injection, and every endpoint is rate limited. Our internal notification address is never published on the site or exposed to your browser.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent where our use relies on it, and complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and may need to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
12. Children
This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Adult categories are disabled by default and are only ever enabled when a customer explicitly asks for them.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted here rather than made quietly.
14. Contact
Questions about privacy go to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com, or message +44 7882 735688 on WhatsApp. See also our terms of service and DMCA policy.
