How it works
An IPTV subscription is not hardware. When you order, we create a line — a set of credentials tied to your plan — and you enter those once into an IPTV application on a device you already own. The application then streams live channels and the on-demand library over your ordinary internet connection.
That is why we ask which app and device you use. A MAG box is activated by its MAC address; IBO Pro and IBO Player need a MAC address and a device key; a FireStick or Smart TV needs neither. Getting that right up front is the difference between a line that works immediately and one that needs three rounds of messages.
The number of connections on your plan sets how many screens can stream at the same time. Your credentials are not locked to a single device — a two-connection plan simply means two streams can run at once.
